Covered Hereditary Conditions
Our health guarantee covers serious hereditary conditions that significantly impact your puppy’s health and quality of life, including but not limited to:
- Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease
- Patella Luxation
- Hip Dysplasia
- Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)
- Congenital Heart Disease
- Liver Disease & Kidney Disease
- Epilepsy & Degenerative Myelopathy
- Hypothyroidism
- Tracheal Collapse caused by hereditary defects
- Severe congenital defects affecting mobility or organ function
- Any other hereditary condition determined by a licensed veterinarian to severely affect the puppy’s long-term quality of life

Remedy Options
If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered hereditary condition during the guarantee period, you may choose one of the following options:
🐾 Replacement Puppy
Receive another puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
• Replacement puppy provided within a reasonable timeframe• Original puppy may be required to be returned at the buyer’s expense
• Replacement is subject to puppy availability
💰 Purchase Price Refund
Receive a refund of the original puppy purchase price.
• Shipping, transportation, deposits, and additional services are non-refundable• The affected puppy may be required to be returned at the buyer’s expense
